About Us

Tech Whisperers was formed in 2009 by Paul and Tina Strecker. Paul started in IT sales and support in 1995 for a Sydney based Apple reseller, Virtual Circuits, back in the time when every mention of Apple was prefixed with the word "beleagured". Over the next 14 years, Paul honed his technical knowledge, becoming proficient with a wide range of technologies and became a director of the business.
In 2009, it was the right time to branch out to running our own show, with a focus on providing high quality support and service to customers both very small and very large. Along the way, we've prided ourselves on highly competent, responsive and honest service, avoiding the need for high pressure sale tactics, in favour of an approach that focuses on bringing maximum value to our customers.
Rather than a pure focus on sales, our focus is service in support of customer objectives. So we are free to recommend and move forward with the right solution, rather than one dictated by sales targets.
As part of our support offerings, we also offer custom programming services, designed to provide our customers with solutions that work for them and solve the problems that are specific to their situation.
As an example of this, during the period from 2012 to the end of 2021, Tech Whisperers developed, hosted and managed the online purchase store for Fitbit Australia, New Zealand and India, before Fitbit was acquired by Google.
Even if you're not a Fitbit sized company, we can assist with tasks small to large, from installing a backup hard drive, to developing and maintaining a custom solution that automates and manages your central business operations. No job is too big or too small.

In 2023, Tech Whisperers is pleased to welcome Samuel M. who brings a wealth of experience in PC support, networking, security and programming languages such as Python, Powershell and Unix scripting
